Shipping & Handling and Returns
4Ever Expressions is pleased to offer *free economy shipping on orders of *regular priced items over $99 (before taxes) within certain Canadian provinces (excluding British Columbia, Alberta, Newfoundland & Labrador, Yukon, Nunavut & Northwest Territories). Currently, we do not ship outside of Canada. *Free shipping excludes any sale, discounted or clearance items.
If for any reason, additional shipping charges apply that were not calculated with your initial order (added on by the shipping company and unknown to us at the time of ordering), you will be contacted and provided with the options.
Express shipping is available during the check-out process.
Shipments typically leave the store within 7-21 days pending on what you have order. Check product descriptions to see specific shipping time frames.
All shipping fees are non-refundable including free shipping. Any refused shipments, or shipments not picked up at depots will be charged the return shipping fee in addition to the sending shipping fee.
If damage has been caused due to shipping, photographs and a written description must be sent to info@4everexpressions.ca within 48 hours of the package being delivered. If there is an order discrepancy, it must be sent in writing within 48 hours of the package being delivered to info@4everexpressions.ca.
Flat Rate Shipping (excluding remote areas, Alberta, British Columbia & Newfoundland)
- $9.95 economy flat rate shipping on orders up to $99 (excludes heavier/larger items)
- $15.95 economy flat rate shipping (excludes heavier/larger items) to Alberta, British Columbia & Newfoundland
- $39.99 express flat rate shipping (excludes heavier/larger items) to Alberta, British Columbia & Newfoundland
- Standard shipping for Nunavut and Northwest Territories, Newfoundland, and USA.
Order cancellations
Order cancellations must be received by email within 3 hours of placing the order. This is will allow us to quickly stop the manufacturing process.
Manufacture Defects Warranty
In the case of any defects, please contact us the manufacturer directly. We stand behind our product and offer a 1 year warranty against any manufacture defects. Please email us a description of the issue along with pictures. Prior to doing so please click this link to see our product care instructions and recommendations.
Returns
- Due to the nature of our items being custom and made to order, ALL personalized products are non-refundable
- If for any reason your item need to come back for modification or adjustments the shipping cost is the sole responsibility of the customer.
- If an order qualified for free shipping, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the purchase price. The credit note or exchange amount will reflect the purchase price minus the cost of shipping & handling.
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days (excluding holidays and weekends).
